Forget the toys, I was absolutely hypnotised by the television. My ma eventually became concerned when, instead of lullabies I’d ask her to sing me ‘I feel like Chicken Tonight!’
She thought watching too much television meant I wouldn’t amount to much.
She was right…
But then I discovered advertising!
I have been working as a copywriter for 6 years now and have worked in agencies of all shapes and sizes and as a freelancer.
In 2018 I graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising and Digital Communications from Technological University Dublin and my ma was very proud.
